Modular construction

SunDrops® mobile devices are modular constructed trailers that are equipped in two levels. The upper level serves as the platform for the acceptance of the photovoltaic modules. The platform inclination angle can be adjusted. According to power performances, it is possible to mount great number of modules or modules with different power.

The shutter system for flexible acceptance of the function modules

The lower level is constructed as a flexible shutter system. In other words, the whole surface is divided into many individual extractable shutter elements. The function modules can then be placed on the shutters (drawers) for the drinking water treatment and if required also for selectricity supply etc.

Automatic connection with standardized plug-contact system

In order to avoid complicated cable connections, the plug-contact system is standardized in the middle area of the Mobile and the shutter elements (drawers). By pushing the drawers with the function module to the end-position, automatic connection is achieved.

Easy and at any time possible subsequent addition and complementation

This shutter system in combination with the standardized plug-contact system makes it easy to change or expand the configuration of the SunDrops® mobile at anytime.
